Reward of drinking from the glass of another believer
2 hadiths حَدَّثَنِی مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْحَسَنِ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ إِدْرِیسَ عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ أَحْمَدَ السیار [السَّیَّارِیِ] عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ إِسْمَاعِیلَ یَرْفَعُهُ قَالَ: مَنْ شَرِبَ مِنْ سُؤْرِ أَخِیهِ الْمُؤْمِنِ تَبَرُّکاً بِهِ خَلَقَ اللَّهُ مِنْهُ مَلَکَانِ یَسْتَغْفِرَانِ لَهُ حَتَّی تَقُومَ السَّاعَهُ.
1. It is narrated that a Masoom عليه السلام said, “One who drinks the leftover from the glass of a believer, the Almighty Allah will appoint an angel who will repent for them till the Day of Judgment.”
أَبِی ره قَالَ حَدَّثَنِی سَعْدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عِیسَی عَنِ الْحَسَنِ بْنِ عَلِیِّ بْنِ بِنْتِ إِلْیَاسَ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ سِنَانٍ قَالَ قَالَ أَبُو عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ع فِی سُؤْرِ الْمُؤْمِنِ شِفَاءٌ مِنْ سَبْعِینَ دَاءً.
2. Imam Ja’far Sadiq عليه السلام said, “A drink leftover in the glass of a believer has cure to seventy diseases.”
