4 hadiths1 حَدَّثَنِي الْحَسَنُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عِيسَى عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنِ الْحَسَنِ بْنِ مَحْبُوبٍ عَنْ جُوَيْرِيَةَ بْنِ الْعَلَاءِ عَنْ بَعْضِ أَصْحَابِنَا قَالَ مَنْ سَرَّهُ أَنْ يَنْظُرَ إِلَى اللَّهِ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ وَ تَهُونَ عَلَيْهِ سَكْرَةُ الْمَوْتِ وَ هَوْلُ الْمُطَّلَعِ فَلْيُكْثِرْ زِيَارَةَ قَبْرِ الْحُسَيْنِ (ع) فَإِنَّ زِيَارَةَ الْحُسَيْنِ (ع) زِيَارَةُ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ ص
1. Ḥasan ibn ‘Abdillāh ibn Muḥammad ibn ‘Isā narrated to me from his father, from Ḥasan ibn Maḥbūb, from Juwayriyah ibn ‘Alā, from some of our companions, who said: (Imam Sādiq عليه السلام said): Those who want their struggle at the time of death to be made easy for them, those who want their fear for that which is coming (Judgment) to be reduced, and those who want to be able to look at Allāh on the Day of Judgment, should increasingly go to the Ziyārah of the grave of Ḥusain عليه السلام. Verily the Ziyārah of Ḥusain عليه السلام is the Ziyārah of the Messenger of Allāh صلى الله عليه وعلى آله وسلم.
2 وَ حَدَّثَنِي مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ الرَّزَّازُ الْكُوفِيُّ عَنْ خَالِهِ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ الْحُسَيْنِ بْنِ أَبِي الْخَطَّابِ الزَّيَّاتِ عَنِ الْحَسَنِ بْنِ مَحْبُوبٍ عَنْ فَضْلِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الْمَلِكِ أَوْ عَنْ رَجُلٍ عَنِ الْفَضْلِ عَنْ أَبِي بَصِيرٍ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ اللَّهِ (ع) قَالَ إِنَّ زَائِرَ الْحُسَيْنِ بْنِ عَلِيٍّ (ع) زَائِرُ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ ص
2. Muḥammad ibn Ja’far Al-Razzāz Al-Kūfi narrated to me from his uncle Muḥammad ibn Ḥusain ibn Abil Khaťťāb Al-Zayyāt, from Ḥasan ibn Maḥbūb, from Faďl ibn ‘Abdil Malik – or from someone from Faďl, from Abī Basīr, who said: Abū ‘Abdillāh (Imam Sādiq عليه السلام) said: Verily the Zā`ir of Ḥusain ibn ‘Ali عليه السلام is the Zā`ir of the Messenger of Allāh صلى الله عليه وعلى آله وسلم.
3 حَدَّثَنِي مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ الْكُلَيْنِيُّ عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ يَحْيَى عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ الْحُسَيْنِ بْنِ أَبِي الْخَطَّابِ وَ حَدَّثَنِي أَبِي (رحمه الله) عَنْ سَعْدِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ الْحُسَيْنِ عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ إِسْمَاعِيلَ بْنِ بَزِيعٍ عَنْ صَالِحِ بْنِ عُقْبَةَ عَنْ زَيْدٍ الشَّحَّامِ قَالَ قُلْتُ لِأَبِي عَبْدِ اللَّهِ (ع) مَا لِمَنْ زَارَ أَحَداً مِنْكُمْ [أَحَدَكُمْ]- قَالَ كَمَنْ زَارَ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ص
3. Muḥammad ibn Ya’qūb Al-Kulayni narrated to me from Muḥammad ibn Yaḥyā, from Muḥammad ibn Ḥusain ibn Abil Khaťťāb, from Muḥammad ibn Ismā’īl ibn Bazī’, from Sāliḥ ibn ‘Uqbah, from Zayd Al-Shaḥḥām, who said: I asked Abā ‘Abdillāh (Imam Sādiq عليه السلام), “What is the reward for those who go to the Ziyārah of one of you (the Imams عليه السلام)?” Imam عليه السلام replied, “They are like those who have gone to the Ziyārah of the Messenger of Allāh صلى الله عليه وعلى آله وسلم.” The above Ḥadīth has also been narrated to me through the following chain: My father, from Sa’d ibn ‘Abdillāh, from Muḥammad ibn Ḥusain, from Muḥammad ibn Ismā’īl ibn Bazī’, from Sāliḥ ibn ‘Uqbah, from Zayd Al-Shaḥḥām, from Abī ‘Abdillāh عليه السلام.
4 حَدَّثَنِي أَبِي (رحمه الله) عَنِ الْحَسَنِ بْنِ مَتِّيلٍ عَنْ سَهْلِ بْنِ زِيَادٍ الْآدَمِيِّ عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ الْحُسَيْنِ عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ إِسْمَاعِيلَ عَنْ صَالِحِ بْنِ عُقْبَةَ عَنْ زَيْدٍ الشَّحَّامِ قَالَ قُلْتُ لِأَبِي عَبْدِ اللَّهِ (ع) مَا لِمَنْ زَارَ الْحُسَيْنَ (ع) [رَسُولَ اللَّهِ وَ عَلِيّاً] قَالَ كَمَنْ زَارَ اللَّهَ فِي عَرْشِهِ قَالَ قُلْتُ فَمَا لِمَنْ زَارَ أَحَداً مِنْكُمْ قَالَ كَمَنْ زَارَ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ (ص) حَدَّثَنِي مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ الرَّزَّازُ عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ الْحُسَيْنِ عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ إِسْمَاعِيلَ عَنْ صَالِحِ بْنِ عُقْبَةَ عَنْ زَيْدٍ الشَّحَّامِ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ اللَّهِ (ع) مِثْلَهُ

My father narrated to me from Ḥasan ibn Mattīl, from Sahl ibn Ziyād Al-Ādami, from Muḥammad ibn Ḥusain, from Muḥammad ibn Ismā’īl, from Sāliḥ ibn ‘Uqbah, from Zayd Al-Shaḥḥām, who said: I asked Abā ‘Abdillāh (Imam Sādiq عليه السلام), “What is the reward for those who go to the Ziyārah of the Messenger of Allāh and ‘Ali عليه السلام?” Imam عليه السلام replied, “They are like those who have gone to the Ziyārah of Allāh on His Throne.” I asked, “What is the reward for those who go to the Ziyārah of one of you (the Imams عليه السلام)?” Imam عليه السلام replied, “They are like those who have gone to the Ziyārah of the Messenger of Allāh صلى الله عليه وعلى آله وسلم.” The above Ḥadīth has also been narrated to me through the following chain: Muḥammad ibn Ja’far Al-Razzāz, from Muḥammad ibn Ḥusain, from Muḥammad ibn Ismā’īl, from Sāliḥ ibn ‘Uqbah, from Zayd Al-Shaḥḥām, from Abī ‘Abdillāh عليه السلام.
