When Allah alone is mentioned

471. Ali Bin Ibrahim, from his father, from Ibn Abi ‘Umayr, from Umar Bin Azina, from Zurara who said, ‘Narrated to me Abu Al-Khattab in the best of conditions that: He asked Abu Abdullah عليه الصلاة والسلام about the Statement of Allah عز وجل Mighty and Majestic: “[39:45] And when Allah alone is mentioned, (the Imam عليه الصلاة والسلام said it is) by the obedience to the one عليه الصلاة والسلام, the obedience to whom عليه الصلاة والسلام Allah عز وجل the One has Commanded for from the Progeny عليه الصلاة والسلام of Muhammad صلى الله عليه وعلى آله وسلم the hearts of those who do not believe in the hereafter shrink, and when there is a mention of the one, the obedience to whom Allah عز وجل has not Commanded for lo! they are joyful”.
