Ignorance rewarded over knowledge
Nahj al-Balāgha|Volume 1|Book 3|Chapter 283
٢٨٣. وَقَالَ (عليه السلام): جَاهِلُكُمْ مُزْدَادٌ وَعَالِمُكُمْ مُسَوِّفٌ.
283. Amīr al-mu’minīn, peace be upon him, said: The ignorant among you get too much while the learned are just put off.
