One who dies without knowing his imam

1 hadith
123. Yahya Al-Halby, from Basheer Al-Kunasy who said: ‘I heard Abu Abdullah عليه الصلاة والسلام saying: ‘You have maintained relations whilst the people have cut-off, and you loved whilst the people hated (you), and you recognised whilst the people denied, and it is the ‘الْحَقُّ’ Just. Allah عز وجل Took Muhammad صلى الله عليه وعلى آله وسلم to be a servant before He عز وجل Took him صلى الله عليه وعلى آله وسلم as a Prophet, and that Ali عليه الصلاة والسلام used to be a servant, and advisor for the Sake of Allah (zwj) Mighty and Majestic. So he عليه الصلاة والسلام was blessed and Allah عز وجل Mighty and Majestic Loved him عليه الصلاة والسلام, and he عليه الصلاة والسلام loved Him عز وجل. Rights in the Book of Allah عز وجل are clear. For us عليه الصلاة والسلام is the clean wealth, and for us عليه الصلاة والسلام is the Spoils of war (Al-Anfaal- Khums), and that Allah عز وجل Mighty and Majestic has Obligated the people to be obedient to us عليه الصلاة والسلام, since you follow but the people have no excuse for their ignorance. And the Rasool Allah صلى الله عليه وعلى آله وسلم said: ‘The one who dies and he has no Imam for him has died the death of a pagan. So it is upon you to obey, and you have seen the companions of Ali Then he عليه الصلاة والسلام said: ‘The Rasool Allah صلى الله عليه وعلى آله وسلم said during his illness in which he صلى الله عليه وعلى آله وسلم passed away: ‘Call my صلى الله عليه وعلى آله وسلم friend for me صلى الله عليه وعلى آله وسلم!’. So two (females) sent for their respective fathers, but when they came, he صلى الله عليه وعلى آله وسلم turned his صلى الله عليه وعلى آله وسلم face away, then said: ‘Call my صلى الله عليه وعلى آله وسلم friend for me صلى الله عليه وعلى آله وسلم!’ They (two fathers) said, ‘He صلى الله عليه وعلى آله وسلم would have looked at us had he صلى الله عليه وعلى آله وسلم intended to speak to us’. So they sent for Ali So when he عليه الصلاة والسلام came, he عليه الصلاة والسلام leaned across towards him صلى الله عليه وعلى آله وسلم, and he صلى الله عليه وعلى آله وسلم narrated to him عليه الصلاة والسلام, and narrated to him عليه الصلاة والسلام until he was free from it. So (the two fathers) met him عليه الصلاة والسلام and said, ‘What did he صلى الله عليه وعلى آله وسلم narrated to you عليه الصلاة والسلام?’ He عليه الصلاة والسلام said: ‘He صلى الله عليه وعلى آله وسلم narrated to me عليه الصلاة والسلام by a thousand doors of the knowledge, each door of which opens to a (further) thousand doors’.
