The Messenger of Allah, Sallallahu ʿAlayhi waalihi would not return from the same road

1 hadith
124. A number of our companions, from Sahl Bin Ziyad, from Al-Haysam Bin Abu Masrouq Al-Nahdy, from Musa Bin Umar Bin Bazi’e who said: ‘I said to Al-Ridha عليه الصلاة والسلام that, ‘The people are reporting that the Rasool Allah صلى الله عليه وعلى آله وسلم, whenever he صلى الله عليه وعلى آله وسلم used to take to a road, would return via another road. So this is what he صلى الله عليه وعلى آله وسلم used to do’. He عليه الصلاة والسلام said: ‘Yes, as I عليه الصلاة والسلام do so quite frequently, so do it’. Then he عليه الصلاة والسلام said to me: ‘But rather, it is better for your sustenance’.
