241. Muhammad Bin Yahya, from Ahmad Bin Muhammad, from Al-Husayn Bin Saeed, from Al-nazar Bin Suweyd, from Muhammad Bin Abu Hamza, from Yaqoub Bin Shuayb, from Umraan Bin Maysam, who has narrated the following: Abu Abdullah عليه الصلاة والسلام said: ‘A man recited to Amir-ul-Momineen عليه الصلاة والسلام (the following Verse) “[6:33] We know indeed that what they say certainly grieves you, but surely they do not call you a liar; but the unjust deny the communications of Allah”. He عليه الصلاة والسلام said: ‘Yes, by Allah عز وجل, they had denied him صلى الله عليه وعلى آله وسلم with an intense denial, but it was hidden. (The meaning of) “but surely they do not call you a liar” is that ‘they would not be able to come up with the refutation in order to belie your صلى الله عليه وعلى آله وسلم truth’’.
