Ali Bin Ibrahim, from Salih ibn al-Sindi, from Ja’far Bin Basheer from Fadh bin al-Mukhtar, who has narrated the following: ‘I said to Abu Abdullah عليه السلام, ‘How do you read “[9:118] And to the three who were left behind”. He said; ‘Had they been left behind (Khulifu), they would be in a state of obedience. But, they opposed (Khaalafu) – Usman and his two companions (Abu Bakr and Umar).
