Chapter on What Has Been Reported About Those Who Performed Hajj Without Visiting the Prophet صلى الله عليه وعلى آله وسلم, and Those Who Died in Mecca or Medina

قَالَ مُصَنِّفُ هَذَا الْكِتَابِ - رَحِمَهُ اللَّهُ -: لَمْ أَجِدْ فِي الْأَخْبَارِ شَيْئًا مُوَظَّفًا مَحْدُودًا لِزِيَارَةِ الصِّدِّيقَةِ عَلَيْهَا السَّلَامُ، فَرَضِيتُ لِمَنْ نَظَرَ فِي كِتَابِي هَذَا مِنْ زِيَارَتِهَا مَا رَضِيتُ لِنَفْسِي، وَاللَّهُ الْمُوَفِّقُ لِلصَّوَابِ، وَهُوَ حَسْبُنَا وَنِعْمَ الْوَكِيلُ.

The author of this book, may Allah have mercy upon him, stated: I have not found specific narrations prescribing a fixed form for the visitation of the Truthful Lady (Fatimah), peace be upon her. Therefore, I am content with what I have chosen for myself in visiting her, and I leave it to those who read this book to adopt the same if they wish. Allah is the guide to the right path, and He suffices us, and He is the best disposer of affairs."
