Chapter on the Obligations of Hajj

The obligatory acts of Hajj are seven: 1. Entering the state of Ihram. 2. Reciting the four phrases of Talbiyah privately: "Labbayka Allahumma Labbayk, Labbayka la sharika laka Labbayk, Inna al-hamda wa al-ni'mata laka wa al-mulk, la sharika laka." 3. Circumambulating the Ka'bah (Tawaf). 4. Performing two units of prayer at the Station of Ibrahim عليه السلام. 5. Performing the Sa'i between Safa and Marwah. 6. Standing at al-Mash'ar al-Haram. Offering the sacrifice (Hady) for the Mutamatti'.
