وَ الْحَبِيسُ كُلُّ وَقْفٍ إِلَى غَيْرِ وَقْتٍ مَعْلُومٍ هُوَ مَرْدُودٌ عَلَى الْوَرَثَةِ.

The term habis refers to any endowment without a specified time limit, and it is to be returned to the heirs.
