Commentary #3

وَ كَذَلِكَ إِذَا كَانَ الْمُسْلِمُ مُتَعَوِّداً لِقَتْلِهِمْ قُتِلَ لِخِلَافِهِ عَلَى الْإِمَامِ ع وَ إِنْ كَانُوا مُظْهِرِينَ الْعَدَاوَةَ وَ الْغِشَّ لِلْمُسْلِمِينَ.

Similarly, if the Muslim was habitually killing them, he would be executed due to his opposition to the authority of the Imam , even if the Christians were openly hostile and deceitful towards the Muslims.
