59ـ أَحْمَدُ بْنُ مِهْرَانَ رَحِمَهُ الله عَنْ عَبْدِ الْعَظِيمِ عَنْ بَكَّارٍ عَنْ جَابِرٍ عَنْ ابي جعفر (عَلَيْهِ السَّلام) قَالَ هَكَذَا نَزَلَتْ هَذِهِ الايَةُ وَلَوْ أَنَّهُمْ فَعَلُوا ما يُوعَظُونَ بِهِ فِي عَلِيٍّ لَكانَ خَيْراً لَهُمْ.
59. Ahmad Mihran has narrated –may Allah grant him blessings- from ‘Abd al-‘Azim from Bakkar from Jabir from abu Ja‘far عليه السلام who has said the following. “This verse of the Holy Quran was revealed as this, “If they had done what they had been advised to do (about Ali عليه السلام, it would have been for their own good . .” (4:66)
