10. Muhammad ibn Yahya has narrated from Muhammad ibn al-Husayn from Ja‘far ibn Bashir from Fudayl from Tahir from Abu ‘Abdallah عليه السلام. He has said that Abu ‘Abdallah عليه السلام would blame ‘Abdallah, show him his anger and advise him saying, “What is the matter that you are not like your brother (Isma'il)? By Allah, I observe light in his face.” ‘Abdallah then said, “Why? Are his father my father not the same? Are my mother and his mother not the same?” Abu ‘Abdallah عليه السلام then said, “He from my soul and you are my son.”
