Reward of loving the progeny of Muhammad صلى الله عليه وعلى آله وسلم and hating their enemies for the sake of Allah
أَبِی ره قَالَ حَدَّثَنِی مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ یَحْیَی عَنْ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ مُحَمَّدٍ عَنِ الْحَسَنِ بْنِ مَحْبُوبٍ عَنْ صَالِحِ بْنِ سَهْلٍ الْمَدَائِنِیِّ عَنْ أَبِی عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ع قَالَ: مَنْ أَحَبَّنَا وَ أَبْغَضَ عَدُوَّنَا فِی اللَّهِ مِنْ غَیْرِ وَتِیرَهٍ وَتَرَهَا إِیَّاهُ لِشَیْ ءٍ مِنْ أَمْرِ الدُّنْیَا ثُمَّ مَاتَ عَلَی ذَلِکَ وَ عَلَیْهِ مِنَ الذُّنُوبِ مِثْلُ زَبَدِ الْبَحْرِ غَفَرَهَا اللَّهُ لَهُ.
1. My father رحمه الله said: it was narrated to me by Muhammad b. Yahya from Ahmad b. Muhammad from al-Hassan b. Mahbub from Salih b. Sahl al-Madaini from Abi Abdillah عليه السلام who said: “If one loves us and hates our enemies for the sake of Allah and dies even after having committed sins equal to the drops of water of the sea then too Allah will forgive him.”
