Punishment of those who martyred Imam Husain عليه السلام

1. My father رحمه الله said: it was narrated to me by Sa’d b. Abdillah from Ya’qub b. Yazid from Ziyad al-Qandi from Muhammad b. Abi Hamzah from Ees b. al-Qasim who said: The discussion of the killer of Imam Husain عليه السلام was going on with Imam Ja’far Sadiq عليه السلام. A companion expressed his wish saying that Allah should take revenge from the killer in this world itself. Imam عليه السلام told him, “In this way, you are reducing the punishment of Allah while it is very severe and painful.”
