The Angels’ Pray for Those Who Go to the Ziyārah of Ĥusain عليه السلام

Muḥammad ibn Ḥasan ibn Aḥmad ibn Walīd narrated to me from Muḥammad ibn Ḥasan Al-Saffār, from Aḥmad ibn Muḥammad ibn ‘Isā, from ‘Ali ibn Ḥakam, from ‘Ali ibn Abī Ḥamzah, from Abī Basīr, who said: Abū ‘Abdillāh (Imam Sādiq عليه السلام) said: Allāh, the Exalted, has dedicated seventy thousand angels to the grave of Ḥusain عليه السلام who are disheveled and covered with dust who send blessings on him every day since the day he was killed (and will continue to do so) until a time that Allāh wills – referring to the rising of the Qā`im (Twelfth Imam عليه السلام). They pray for those who come to his Ziyārah by saying, “O Lord! These are the visitors of Ḥusain عليه السلام! Do this for them and do that for them.”
