1. Muḥammad ibn ‘Abdillāh ibn Ja’far Al-Ḥimyari narrated to me from his father, from ‘Ali ibn Muḥammad ibn Sālim, from Muḥammad ibn Khālid, from ‘Abdillāh ibn Ḥammād Al-Basri, from ‘Abdillāh ibn ‘Abdil Raḥmān Al-Asam, from Mu’ādh, from Abān, who said: Abū ‘Abdillāh (Imam Sādiq عليه السلام) said: Those who go to (the Ziyārah of) the grave of Abī ‘Abdillāh (Imam Ḥusain عليه السلام) have connected with the Messenger of Allāh صلى الله عليه وعلى آله وسلم and with us. It is unlawful to slander them and it is unlawful for Hell to touch their flesh. (Verily) Allāh will compensate them for every Dirham they spent (during their Ziyārah) with ten thousand cities which will be registered for them in a written book. Allāh will look after all of their needs and everything that they leave behind will be protected for them. They will not ask Allāh for anything without Allāh granting it either immediately or in the future. The above Ḥadīth has also been narrated to me through the following chain: Muḥammad ibn Hammām ibn Suhayl, from Ja’far ibn Muḥammad ibn Mālik, from Muḥammad ibn Ismā’īl, from ‘Abdillāh ibn Ḥammād, from ‘Abdillāh ibn ‘Abdil Raḥmān Al-Asam, from Mu’ādh, from Abān, from Abī ‘Abdillāh عليه السلام.
