The Reward for the Ziyārah of Ĥusain عليه السلام Is Equal to the Reward for Performing a Hajj and an ‘Umrah

14. My father narrated to me from Sa’d ibn ‘Abdillāh, from Ḥasan ibn ‘Ali Al-Zaytūni, from Hārūn ibn Muslim, from ‘Isā ibn Rāshid, who said: I asked Abā ‘Abdillāh (Imam Sādiq عليه السلام), “May I sacrifice myself for you! What is the reward for those who go to the Ziyārah of the grave of Ḥusain عليه السلام and pray two Rak’ah next to his grave.” Imam عليه السلام replied, “A Hajj and an ‘Umrah will be registered for them.” I asked, “May I sacrifice myself for you! Is it the same for those who go to (the Ziyārah of) the grave of any Imam whose obedience (Allāh has) made mandatory?” Imam عليه السلام replied, “It is the same for those who go to (the Ziyārah of) the grave of any Imam whose obedience (Allāh has) made mandatory.”
