The Reward for the Ziyārah of Ĥusain عليه السلام on the Day of ‘Arafah

3. My father, ‘Ali ibn Ḥusain, and Muḥammad ibn Ḥasan all narrated to me from Sa’d (ibn ‘Abdillāh), from Haytham ibn Abī Masrūq Al-Nahdi, from ‘Ali ibn Asbāť, from some of our companions, who said: Abū ‘Abdillāh (Imam Sādiq عليه السلام) said, “On the eve of ‘Arafah, Allāh, the Blessed and the Exalted, looks at the Zuwwār of the grave of Ḥusain عليه السلام first.” I asked, “Even before looking at the people who are in ‘Arafāt?” Imam عليه السلام replied, “Yes.” I asked, “Why is that?” Imam عليه السلام replied, “Because there are people who are conceived illegitimately among those who are in ‘Arafāt but there are not any illegitimately conceived people among the Zuwwār of Ḥusain عليه السلام.”
