The Reward for the Ziyārah of Ĥusain عليه السلام on the Fifteenth of Sha’bān

10. Abū ‘Abdillāh Muḥammad ibn Aḥmad ibn Ya’qūb ibn Isḥāq ibn ‘Ammār narrated to me from ‘Ali ibn Ḥasan ibn ‘Ali ibn Faďďāl, from Muḥammad ibn Walīd, from Yūnus ibn Ya’qūb, who said: Abū ‘Abdillāh (Imam Sādiq عليه السلام) said: O Yūnus! Allāh will forgive all of the past and future sins of the believers who go to the Ziyārah of Ḥusain عليه السلام on the night of the fifteenth of Sha’bān and they will be told, “Go toward (committing) good deeds.” I said, “All of this (will be registered) for those who go to the Ziyārah of Ḥusain عليه السلام on the fifteenth of Sha’bān?!” Imam عليه السلام replied, “O Yūnus! If I tell people about that which will be given to those who go to the Ziyārah of Ḥusain عليه السلام on this night, they would travel riding on wood (placed on the back of saddleless camels) to go to him.”
