The Fifteenth Assembly, which is Friday, the Eighth of the Month of Ramadan, 367 AH.

Ahmad b. `Ali b. Ibrahim رحمه الله narrated to us. He said: My father narrated to us from his father Ibrahim b. Hashim from `Abdullah b. al-Mughira from `Amr al-Shami from al-Sadiq Ja`far b. Muhammad عليه السلام. He said: “Surely, the number of months with Allah is twelve months in the Book of Allah on the day that He created the heavens and the Earth.” (9:36) The best of the months is the month of Allah, which is the month of Ramadan. The heart of the month of Ramadan is the Night of Power. The Quran came down in the first night of the month of Ramadan. So, welcome the month with the Quran.
