3 - حدثنا محمد بن إبراهيم بن إسحاق (رضي الله عنه)، قال: حدثنا أبو سعيد الحسن بن علي العدوي، قال: حدثنا صهيب بن عباد بن صهيب، قال: حدثنا أبي، قال: حدثنا الصادق جعفر بن محمد، عن آبائه، عن الحسين بن علي (علهيم السلام): أن رسول الله (صلى الله عليه وآله) قضى باليمين مع الشاهد الواحد، وأن عليا (عليه السلام) قضى به بالعراق (1).
Muhammad b. Ibrahim b. Ishaq رضي الله عنه narrated to us. He said: Abu Sa`id al-Hasan b. `Ali al-`Adawi narrated to us. He said: Suhayb b. `Abbad b. Suhayb narrated to us. He said: My father narrated to us. He said: Al-Sadiq Ja`far b. Muhammad narrated to us from his forefathers from al-Husayn b. `Ali عليه السلام. The Messenger of Allah صلى الله عليه وعلى آله وسلم made adjudications with an oath and one witness, and `Ali عليه السلام made adjudications like it in Iraq.
