The Sixty-Third Assembly, the Assembly of Friday, the Third of Jumada al-Ula, 368 AH.
`Ali b. Ahmad b. Musa رضي الله عنه narrated to us. He said: Muhammad b. Abi `Abdillah al-Kufi narrated to us from Musa b. `Imran al-Nakha`i from Ibrahim b. al-Hakam from Muhammad b. al-Fudayl from Mas`ud al-Milani from Habba al-`Urni. `Abdullah b. `Umar saw two men vying over the head of `Ammar One would say: “I killed him” and the other would say: “I killed him.” So, Ibn `Umar said: You are vying over which one of you will enter the Fire first! Then, he said: I heard the Messenger of Allah صلى الله عليه وعلى آله وسلم say: His killer and his adversary are in the Fire. So, Mu`awiya was told that, so he said: We did not kill him. Surely, the one that brought him has killed him. Shaykh Abu Ja`far b. Babuwayh رضي الله عنه said: By this logic, then it would have been the Prophet صلى الله عليه وعلى آله وسلم that killed Hamza رضي الله عنه, and he would have killed those martyred with him, because he صلى الله عليه وعلى آله وسلم is the one that brought them.
