Al-Husayn b. Ibrahim b. Ahmad b. Hashim al-Mu’addab رضي الله عنه narrated to us. He said: Hamza b. al-Qasim al-`Alawi al-`Abbasi narrated to us. He said: Ja`far b. Muhammad b. Malik al-Fizari al-Kufi narrated to us. He said: Muhammad b. al-Husayn b. Yazid al-Zayyat al-Kufi narrated to us. He said: Sulayman b. Hafs al-Maruzi narrated to us. He said: Sa`d b. Turayf narrated to us from al-Asbagh b. Nubata. He said: `Ali b. Abi Talib عليه السلام was asked why he had buried Fatima the daughter of the Messenger of Allah صلى الله عليه وعلى آله وسلم at night. So, he عليه السلام said: Surely, she was angry with the people, and she disliked having them present at her funeral. It is also forbidden for those who align with them to pray over one of her descendants.
