Recitations on Friday and Night

7. Ali ibn Ibrahim has narrated from his father from Ibn Abi ‘Umayr from Mu‘awiyah ibn ‘Ammar from ‘Umar ibn Yazid who has said the following: “Abu ‘Abd Allah عليه السلام, has said, ‘If one performs Friday Salah (prayer) without reciting Surah (chapter) al-Jumu‘ah and al-Munafiqun, he is required to perform his Salah (prayer) again, on a journey or at home.’ It is narrated that it is not an offense to recite Qul Huwa Allahu Ahad, Chapter 112 on a journey.”
