1. Ali ibn Muhammad and others have narrated from Sahl ibn Ziyad from Ahmad ibn Muhammad from ibn abu Nasr who has said the following: “Abu al-Hassan عليه السلام, has said, ‘Optional Salah (prayer) on Friday is six Rak‘at very early, six Rak‘at in midday, two Rak‘at at Zawal (declining of the sun toward the west at noontime), then perform obligatory Salah (prayer), then perform six Rak‘at thereafter.”’
