Chapter on Those Who Spend the Nights of Mina in Mecca
Ibn Abi Umayr narrated from Hisham ibn Al-Hakam, from Abu Abdullah عليه السلام, who said: "If a pilgrim visits from Mina, leaves Mecca, passes by the houses of Mecca, sleeps, and then wakes up before returning to Mina, there is no obligation upon him."
