Chapter on the First and Final Departure From Mina

Muawiya ibn Ammar narrated from Abu Abdullah عليه السلام, who said: "If you intend to leave on the second day (of Tashreeq), it is not permissible for you to depart until the sun has passed its zenith. However, if you delay until the last day of Tashreeq, which is the final day of departure, then there is no issue with leaving at any time, whether you throw the pebbles before or after the zenith."
