Abu Basir narrated from Abu Abdullah عليه السلام, who said: "Indeed, Adam عليه السلام was the one who built the House, laid its foundation, and was the first to cover it with hair. He was also the first to perform Hajj to it. After Adam عليه السلام, Tubba' covered it with leather, then Ibrahim عليه السلام covered it with palm-leaf mats. The first to clothe it with fabric was Sulayman, the son of Dawud عليه السلام, who covered it with fine Egyptian linen (Qibatiyya)."
