Chapter on Virtues of Hajj
Man Lā Yaḥḍuruh al-Faqīh|Volume 2|Book 3|Chapter 2
وَ قَالَ اَلصَّادِقُ عَلَيْهِ اَلسَّلاَمُ: «مَا مِنْ رَجُلٍ مِنْ أَهْلِ كُورَةٍ وَقَفَ بِعَرَفَةَ مِنَ اَلْمُؤْمِنِينَ إِلاَّ غَفَرَ اَللَّهُ لِأَهْلِ تِلْكَ اَلْكُورَةِ مِنَ اَلْمُؤْمِنِينَ وَ مَا مِنْ رَجُلٍ وَقَفَ بِعَرَفَةَ مِنْ أَهْلِ بَيْتٍ مِنَ اَلْمُؤْمِنِينَ إِلاَّ غَفَرَ اَللَّهُ لِأَهْلِ ذَلِكَ اَلْبَيْتِ مِنَ اَلْمُؤْمِنِينَ.
Imam Jafar ibn Muhammad Al-Sadiq عليه السلام said: "There is no man from a region who stands at Arafat among the believers without Allah سبحانه وتعالى forgiving the believers of that region. And there is no man from a household who stands at Arafat among the believers without Allah سبحانه وتعالى forgiving the believers of that household."
