Chapter on Virtues of Hajj
Man Lā Yaḥḍuruh al-Faqīh|Volume 2|Book 3|Chapter 2
Indeed, on that night (the eve of Arafah), the gates of the heavens are not closed to the voices of the believers, whose supplications resound like the buzzing of bees. Allah سبحانه وتعالى, Mighty and Majestic, says: 'I am your Lord عز وجل, and you are My servants. You have fulfilled My right, and it is incumbent upon Me to answer you.' On that night, He سبحانه وتعالى removes the sins of those whom He سبحانه وتعالى wills and then forgives those whom He سبحانه وتعالى wills to forgive.
