Chapter on What is Permissible and Impermissible for the Muhrim to Do and Use of All Types

In the narration of Hariz, Abu Abdullah عليه السلام said: "There is no harm in a tent being set up over women and children while they are in the state of ihram. However, the person in ihram must not immerse themselves in water, nor should someone who is fasting."
