Chapter on What is Obligatory on the Muhrim for the Various Types of Game He Injures
وَ سَأَلَ أَبُو بَصِيرٍ أَبَا عَبْدِ اَللَّهِ عَلَيْهِ اَلسَّلاَمُ: عَنْ قَوْمٍ مُحْرِمِينَ اِشْتَرَوْا صَيْداً فَاشْتَرَكُوا فِيهِ فَقَالَتِ اِمْرَأَةٌ رَفِيقَةٌ لَهُمُ اِجْعَلُوا لِي مِنْهُ بِدِرْهَمٍ فَجَعَلُوا لَهَا فَقَالَ «عَلَى كُلِّ إِنْسَانٍ مِنْهُمْ شَاةٌ ».
Abu Basir asked Abu Abdullah عليه السلام about a group of people in the state of ihram who purchased game and shared it among themselves. A woman who was their companion said, "Give me a portion of it for one dirham," and they did so. Imam عليه السلام said: "Each of them must offer a sheep as expiation."
