Chapter on a Woman Performing Hajj During the Iddah (waiting Period)
رَوَى اَلْعَلاَءُ عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ مُسْلِمٍ عَنْ أَحَدِهِمَا عَلَيْهِمَا اَلسَّلاَمُ قَالَ: «اَلْمُطَلَّقَةُ تَحُجُّ فِي عِدَّتِهَا ».
Al-'Ala' narrated from Muhammad ibn Muslim, from one of the Imams عليه السلام, who said: "A divorced woman may perform Hajj during her waiting period ('iddah)."
