Chapter on the Legal Punishment for Slanderous Accusation
وَ قَالَ اَلصَّادِقُ عَلَيْهِ اَلسَّلاَمُ: "لاَ حَدَّ لِمَنْ لاَ حَدَّ عَلَيْهِ".
Abu Abdullah Imam Jafar ibn Muhammad Al-Sadiq عليه السلام said: "There is no legal punishment for one upon whom legal punishment does not apply."
