Ibn Abi Umayr narrated from Ali ibn Abi Hamzah who said: I asked Abu Al-Hasan عليه السلام about a man who bequeathed thirty dinar for the emancipation of a man from among our companions, but no such person was found. Imam عليه السلام said: "A person should be purchased from among the people and then emancipated."
