Muhammad ibn Sulayman Al-Daylami narrated from his father, who narrated from Abu Abdullah Imam Jafar ibn Muhammad Al-Sadiq عليه السلام. He said: I asked Imam عليه السلام about a man who donates part of his house to a stranger and then dies. Imam عليه السلام replied: "It should be appraised for its value, and its price should be given to him."
