Chapter on the Inheritance of the Husband and the Wife
Muhammad ibn Abi Umayr narrated from Aban ibn Uthman from Abu Basir who reported from Abu Abdullah Imam Jafar ibn Muhammad Al-Sadiq عليه السلام regarding a woman who passed away and left behind her husband. Imam عليه السلام said: "All the wealth belongs to him." I asked: "What if a man dies and leaves behind his wife?" Imam عليه السلام replied: "The wealth belongs to her."
