Among the Concise Words of the Messenger of Allah (Peace Be Upon Him)
Ibn Muskan narrated from Abdullah ibn Abi Ya'fur that Ja'far ibn Muhammad Al-Sadiq عليه السلام said to a man: "Make your heart a companion you engage with, make your knowledge a guide you follow, make your soul an enemy you struggle against, and consider your wealth as a loan that you will return."
