Among the Concise Words of the Messenger of Allah (Peace Be Upon Him)
"اِتَّقُوا اَلنَّارَ وَ لَوْ بِشِقِّ تَمْرَةٍ".
The Prophet صلى الله عليه وعلى آله وسلم said; "Protect yourselves from the Fire, even if it is with half a date." (showing the enormous merits of even the modest acts of Charity or 'Sadaqa')
