وَ رَوَى جَمِيلٌ عَنْ زُرَارَةَ عَنْ أَحَدِهِمَا عَلَيْهِمَا اَلسَّلاَمُ: فِي رَجُلٍ غَصَبَ اِمْرَأَةً مُسْلِمَةً نَفْسَهَا قَالَ "يُقْتَلُ".
Jamil narrated from Zurarah, from one of the Imams (peace be upon them), regarding a man who forcibly violated a Muslim woman. Imam عليه السلام said: "He is to be killed."
