Chapter on What is Obligatory Upon One Who Severes the Head of a Deceased Person
وَ فِي نَوَادِرِ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ أَبِي عُمَيْرٍ أَنَّ اَلصَّادِقَ عَلَيْهِ اَلسَّلاَمُ قَالَ: "قَطْعُ رَأْسِ اَلْمَيِّتِ أَشَدُّ مِنْ قَطْعِ رَأْسِ اَلْحَيِّ".
In Nawadir of Muhammad ibn Abi Umayr, it is narrated that Imam Jafar ibn Muhammad Al-Sadiq عليه السلام said: "Beheading the dead is more severe than beheading the living."
