The Case of One Who Knowingly Eats or Is Involved in Carnal Relation During the Month of Ramadan

Muhammad ibn Yahya has narrated from Ahmad ibn Muhammad from ‘Uthman ibn ‘Isa from Sama‘ah, who has said the following: “I once asked abu ‘Abd Allah عليه السلام, about a man who destroys his fast in the month of Ramadan three times and is brought before the Imam three times. He (the Imam) said, ‘He is executed on the third time.’”
