9. Muhammad ibn Yahya has narrated from Ahmad ibn Muhammad from al-Husayn ibn Sa’id from al-Nadr ibn Suwayd from certain persons of his people who has said the following: “I once wrote to abu Ibrahim عليه السلام, about a man who enters Masjid al-Shajarah, performs Salat (prayer) and assumes the state of Ihram, and comes out from the Masjid and before saying Talbiyah he realized that he must cancel it all for sexual intercourse; if he can do so. He (the Imam) عليه السلام, wrote the answer, ‘Yes,’ or that he (the Imam) said, ‘It is not harmful.’”
