Ali ibn Ibrahim has narrated from his father from Ibn Abi ‘Umayr from Aban ibn ‘Uthaman from a man formal-Halabiy who has said the following: “Abu ‘Abd Allah عليه السلام, has said that Amir al-Mu’minin عليه السلام, has said, ‘If a fighting thief enters your house, eliminate him. Whatever responsibility his blood (life) may bring is on my neck (my responsibility).”’
