Liability of Technician or Person with a Certain Skill

4. Muhammad ibn Yahya has narrated from Ahmad ibn Muhammad from those whom he has mentioned from ibn Muskan from abu Basir who has said the following: “This is concerning my question before abu ‘Abd Allah عليه السلام, about the case of a cleaner to whom I gave a cloth and he thought it was stolen from his goods. He (the Imam) said, ‘He is required to present evidence that it is stolen from his goods; then there is nothing on him and if all of his goods are stolen he is not liable for anything.’”
