Liability of Technician or Person with a Certain Skill

A number of our people have narrated from Ahmad ibn Muhammad ibn Tsa from Ali ibn al-Hakam from Tsma’il ibn abu al-Sabbah who has said the following: “This is concerning my question before abu ‘Abd Allah عليه السلام, about the case of a cleaner man to whom I gave clothes but he burnt them. He (the Imam) said, ‘You can make him compensate, you gave him for mending and not to destroy them.’”
