7. Ali ibn Ibrahim has narrated from his father from Muhammad ibn ‘Isa ibn ‘Ubayd from Yunus ibn ‘Abd af- Rahman from ‘Abd Allah ibn Sinan who has said the following: “Abu ‘Abd Allah عليه السلام, has said, ‘Al-Shuf’ (one’s rights of pre-emption) is applicable only between two partners who have not concluded the partnership. If they become three then one of them does not have such right.’”
