Buying Slaves, Finding Defects, Returnable and Non-Returnable

9- أَبَانٌ عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ مُسْلِمٍ عَنْ أَبِي جَعْفَرٍ (عَلَيْهِ السَّلام) فِي الرَّجُلِ يَشْتَرِي الْجَارِيَةَ الْحُبْلَى فَيَنْكِحُهَا وَهُوَ لا يَعْلَمُ قَالَ يَرُدُّهَا وَيَكْسُوهَا.
9. Aban has narrated from Muhammad ibn Muslim who has said the following: “About the case of a man who buys a pregnant slave-girl and does sexual intercourse with her when he did not know, abu Ja‘far عليه السلام, has said, ‘He must return her and clothe her.’”
